Make a difference! If you are unsure what all the competencies mean on the part 3/ standards check marking sheet, then this workshop is perfect for you. - The aim of this course is to demonstrate how the 17 competencies are linked to their related elements. It's all about you! Based on YOUR NEEDS we can discuss different teaching styles and techniques, including the GROW model, effective open/ closed questions, discuss and demonstrate, how effective the “Core Reflection Strategy” is, when Managing Risk, this strategy will ensure that:
1) THE RISK IS - MANAGED
